Our ICT Collection Service is free from 200 kg of devices*. Devices weighing less than 200 kilograms will be charged transport costs from €99 (excluding VAT), depending on the region where you are located.
We offer national coverage (with the exception of the Wadden Islands) and work exclusively for companies, not for private individuals.
* By devices we mean computers, desktops, laptops, notebooks, printers, servers, routers, telephones and data carriers (such as external hard drives). Cords, cables, mice and keyboards, chargers and adapters do not count as a device. These can of course be taken with you. An additional disposal price is charged for monitors, screens and TVs, because they fall under chemical waste.
Note: A customized quote will be made for the collection of large copy machines.
We strive to within 10 working days to pick up your hardware. Due to crowds or route planning it can sometimes take a little longer. We will of course let you know in advance when your company is scheduled and we can indicate a part of the day.
Yes, it is useful if you or one of your employees is present to have a to sign the transfer form and receive a copy thereof. This makes it clear to both parties which equipment is being taken along.
Of course! We can also collect your large copier, but a separate quotation will be made for this. This has to do with the size and weight of the device. In addition, these devices usually have no value anymore and recycling them is expensive.
Yes, of course, that's no problem. Our experienced employees can disconnect all old hardware and load it into our containers at your location. Together with you, we will map out the situation and make a competitive, tailor-made price proposal.
By providing an inventory, we can make a good estimate without obligation (you can download a blank inventory list here). Don't have a list? No problem, we can map the hardware by telephone to determine whether and which devices are worth money.
We strive to within 3 working days to make a price proposal. If you provide a clear inventory list, you will usually hear from us the same day.
We can only determine the exact final purchase price once we have checked all the devices in our warehouse. This entire process (from collection, valuation, data destruction to payment) takes a maximum of 30 days.
Yes, you will receive one overview of all purchase prices of the hardware we collected from you. This way you can see exactly the revenue per device.
Once your hardware has been rated by us, you will receive an overview and a handling number with which you can send us an invoice. The amount is then calculated within 7 days paid.
Yes, we have created a handy blank inventory list. You can download this here. Have you already made a list yourself? Then you can of course send it to us.
Yes, you will receive from us within 20 working days an official certificate of data destruction, including any wipe reports and a list of serial number registration.
This depends on your wishes. For example, do you want to have the devices wiped (erased) or should they be physically destroyed (shredded)? We will make a tailor-made quotation for this.
E-Waste Netherlands works exclusively with Weeelabex certified partners. This way you are assured of 100% safe and responsible data destruction in accordance with the guidelines of the European GDPR regulations.
In short, it is wiping or erasing Overwrite or erasure of data carriers. This technique ensures that all data is deleted by 100% transfer. It is shredding physically destroy of a data carrier such as a hard drive.
After processing, you will always receive a detailed report, any wipe reports and an official certificate of destruction (Clean Disk Statement).
The placement costs are €30 (ex VAT) for a pallet box, and €105 (ex VAT) per container. As soon as the packaging is full, we will collect it from you and/or exchange it (you will receive a tailor-made quote for transport and the desired collection frequency).
If your container is full, please contact us at 085 – 06 08 411 or email to info@e-waste-nederland.nl. We will then schedule an appointment to collect the container. If desired, we will immediately place a new container.
A container is useful if you regularly want to dispose of old ICT devices (or other E-Waste). It is also easy if, for example, you are clearing your office and during this process you keep encountering equipment that needs to be removed.
You do not need a container if you want to have your old hardware collected once. In that case, we will arrange the collection and loading of all devices at your location.
May be placed in an E-Waste container all devices that have a cord, battery, plug or accumulator. So not only your old ICT equipment, but also old or defective electrical tools.
